CAN Community Health has been serving the needs of the HIV community for over 30 years. We are a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the treatment, care and continual wellness of people living with HIV. Our clinics offer the finest medical, dental, psychological care and lifestyle counseling to all patients, regardless of their financial situation, insurance status or ability to pay.
Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers allow children from birth through age 20 with medically-complex conditions to receive continual medical care in a non-residential setting. When approved, children can attend a PPEC up to a maximum of 12 hours per day while receiving nursing services, personal care, developmental therapies, and caregiver training.
